Just Call Me Laura LeBlanc

While I'm sure Raymond LeBlanc has much better things to do than knock up the easiest meatballs in the world, I'm only just beginning my culinary endeavors. If you're a cooking novice or just want a easy-to-knock-up meal, here's my recipe for yummy Meatball Pasta: Boil the kettle and fill a pot with the water. Place the pasta in and boil until cooked with a little coconut oil (very good for you) and a pinch of salt. Turn the oven on 200 (fan) and cook the meatballs on a foil lined tray for 15-20 mins - my absolute favorites are these Swedish Meatballs (hello Ikea) from Asdas, they're freaking delicious http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=meatballs&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=49382 Add a tomato and basil/chilli sauce and stir in with pasta, cook for a further 10 mins. Artfully assemble cooked meatballs and smother in (healthy) cheese. Eat up! xox
