Jumping on the cookie bandwagon

I decided to become a blogosphere sheep and create the oh so famous choc chip cookies the other day. Ingredient list: 200g unsalted butter 300g caster sugar 1 large egg 275g self-raising flour 75g cocoa powder three bars of chocolate a splash of milk. Recipe: Soften the butter and whisk with the sugar. Crack the egg and whizz in. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix together (I'd recommend using a spoon/for before an electric whisk or you'll end up smothered from head to toe like me) Break the chocolate bars into squares and knead them into the mixture so they're evenly distributed. If needed, add a small dash of milk. Line two trays and scoop the mixture out into 12 balls. Cook in the oven for 10 mins at 220 (fan 200) Oi Naughty! LEAVE TO COOL FOR 30 MINS TO SOLIDIFY or you'll be faced with goop. Eat up! xox
